Guided by scripture and Spirit, our church welcomes a diversity of people and is open to change. We are dedicated to honoring God by serving spiritual and social needs.
Belief
Our church is a Spirit-filled, Christ-centered, and Bible-based community through which the Lord is known and made known. God is infinitely great, the one Supreme Being.
History
Covenant was founded in 1963 through the merging of two historic Long Beach churches, one of which dates back to 1888 – one year after the city was founded.
Staff
Rob Langworthy has served Jesus since the age of 17. He attended seminary at Princeton and earned his Ph.D. at Yale. He loves Long Beach and is excited about where God is taking the church.Testimonials
