Thanks to the installation of solar panels on the roof, Covenant receives 95% of its electricity from sun. It encourages conservation of energy and recycling. It teaches children and youth environmental responsibility.It sells and uses coffee and tea grown on small scale farm co-ops in Africa, Asia and Latin America.
